1. Joining Rewards
1.1 What is Rewards and how does it work?
Rewards is a scheme that offers TI Media Limited subscribers additional exclusive benefits and extras, rewarding their loyalty. Subscribers can enjoy monthly extras, handpicked offer, unique giveaways and unmissable prizes. After activation each time you visit the Rewards website you will need to log in using your email address and the password you set up when you registered. Once you have logged in, you will be able to click through from the home page to find out more about the exclusive offers and competitions and how to redeem and enter them. Giving us your email address when you register ensures we can keep you up to date with the latest Rewards offers loaded to the site.
The Rewards scheme is a complementary subscriber benefit and we retain the right to make changes to/remove the scheme at any time.
1.2 How do I join Rewards?
Log in page and enter your subscriber number and your postcode or surname. You can find your subscriber number in any letters or confirmation emails we have sent to you. Once you have entered your subscription number, you will be able to set up your own log in details (email address and password) so that you can come back to the site at any time.
1.3 How long will my access to Rewards last?
Your access will be valid while your subscription remains active. If you have been granted access through a trial offer, your access will be for the initial trial period offered and following that trial period, you will continue to have access as long as you haven’t cancelled your subscription. We may at our discretion, change, remove, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice, including the availability of content, which may vary between countries.
1.4 What does Rewards cost?
Access to Rewards is free to active subscribers of magazines published by TI Media Limited. Rewards access is not included for subscribers to Decanter and Wallpaper.
1.5 If I have purchased a gift subscription, do I get access to Rewards as well as the gift recipient?
Only the recipient of a gift subscription is entitled to access Rewards. Just follow the easy log in steps
1.6 If I live outside of the UK, can I still access Rewards?
While most offers are only available in the UK, some will be open to subscribers based overseas (outside the UK)
1.7 What is my subscriber number and where can I find this?
Your subscription number is a unique reference number, 8 digit long, which you can find in all correspondence from us and on the back of the sheets that are sent with your address label on the magazine.
1.8 What magazine title do I have to be subscribed to for access to Rewards?
If you are subscribed to any magazine published by TI Media Limited, you have access to Rewards. A full list of all our magazines are available here
2.1 Why do I need to provide my email address at log in?
Giving us your email address when you register ensures we can keep you up to date with the latest Rewards offers. It also means we can keep in touch with you if there are any problems with your subscription, including any delivery issues we may experience and can also inform you of special offers.
2.2 I have forgotten my password for log in?
Please follow the easy password reminder process and you will be able to gain access to the site again
2.3 My log in details are no longer working?
Your subscription may have expired so to ensure access to Rewards, make sure that you renew your subscription as soon as possible. Please call us on 0330 333 1113 (Lines are open Monday- Friday GMT, 8:30am- 5:30pm ex. Bank Holidays) and have your payment details to hand.
2.4 How can I cancel my Rewards?
Cancellation of your subscription will also cancel your access to Rewards. Our cancellation policy for subscriptions is detailed below:
Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our customer services team at [email protected]. We will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel. Please note that all credit card refunds will be issued in sterling. Your credit card company will convert the sterling amount into your local currency and may charge an additional fee for completing the transaction.
2.5 If I have multiple subscriptions, do I get multiple Rewards?
One redemption for each partner offer is available per subscriber. If you have multiple subscriptions you can access the reward multiple times.
3. Partner offers
3.1 How do I become a Rewards promotional partner?
If you'd like to become a Rewards promotional partner, please email a full proposal to [email protected]
3.2 How do I redeem the partner offers?
Choose your offer by clicking on the headline or image for more details. Instructions on how to redeem or enter are available in each offers page and you can simply click on the button underneath the 'How' section to redeem. Redemption varies by offer and may include; printable voucher, unique online code or voucher code. If you are still having trouble redeeming, please email us at [email protected] with details. We will respond to your query within 2 working days.
4. New subscriptions and renewals
4.1 How do I renew my existing magazine subscription?
To ensure access to Rewards, make sure that you renew your subscription as soon as possible. Please call us on 0330 333 1113 (Lines are open Monday- Friday GMT, 8:30am- 5:30pm ex. Bank Holidays) and have your payment details to hand. If you have just renewed your subscription please allow 72 hrs before registering with Rewards to allow time for your subscription to be reactivated.
4.2 How do I take out a new subscription?
If you would like to take a new subscription, please visit our sister website magazinesdirect.com where you can find our latest offers.If you have just placed a new order please allow 72 hrs before registering with Rewards to allow time for your subscription to be set up. Our subscriptions are subject to English law and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. 5. Digital magazine subscriptions
5.1 Will I be able to enjoy the benefits of Rewards as a digital subscriber?
The Rewards scheme is also available to digital subscribers as long as the subscription has been purchased directly through the publishers at magazinesdirect.com
If you have purchased a digital gift subscription please tell your recipient to follow the 5 easy instructions below to access their digital editions:
1. Using your device, go to the app store and download the free app for your magazine.
2. Once downloaded, open the newsstand and then open your magazine.
3. Tap the cog in the top right hand corner and tap “I have a subscription”. If you have subscribed to the following titles: Marie Claire or TV & Satellite Week, please tap “Library” first to locate the cog.
4. Fill out the form making sure that the name and post code provided match up with the gift recipients details then tap enter. (Don’t worry about the subscription number).
5. When you see the “Thank You” page tap “Done”. You can now sign into your account using the email and password you created and download the current magazine.
